The Company started manufacturing small tanks and water troughs for farming more than 30 years ago and has since evolved into a designer, fabricator (ISO 2001:2008) and erector of large capacity tanks (3,000 to 7,000,000 liters for Energy and Oil: (tanks for biodiesel and power plants); Industrial Equipment (silos for mining, decanters, pressure towers, etc.); Water and Sewage Utilities (tanks for water storage and sewage treatment plants); Food Industry (water, vegetable and animal oil storage); Real Estate Developers (water storage tanks for new residential areas, shopping malls, retailers); Fire Fighting (water storage tanks for fire prevention in industries and retailers); and, Farming (water storage and troughs for cattle raising). The Company’s offices and manufacturing are in an 11,788m² facility located on a 22,661m² lot and has 190 employees.
During the 1st Quarter of 2013, the Company’s EBITDA was R$1,293,000 (11.2%) on Revenues R$11,523,000 with an Operating Margin of 10.4%.
The Seller will consider an Offer to Purchase that includes an interest bearing note for a portion of the Selling Price.
The Company owns its 236,800 ft² (22,000 m²). The facility is not included in the sale.
Brazil is an emerging economy and is one of the 4 BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) countries. In 2011 Brazil became the world’s 6th largest economy passing the U.K. Because of Brazil’s growing economy the prospects for the Company are good.
